1. Separation of Services & Credentials

This website houses three distinct, independent branches of services offered by the dragonfly shoal LLC:

* Astrology: Consultations and chart readings.

* Clinical Herbalism: Consultations and custom protocols.
* Academic Classes: Private educational events based on a Master's degree.

The sole member of the dragonfly shoal LLC holds a Master’s degree in Gender & Sexuality Studies and a graduate certificate in Ethnic Studies. This academic degree and this graduate certificate are entirely separate from, and unrelated to, the practice of astrology or herbalism.

2. Certified Clinical Herbalism Notice (Recommendations Only)

I am a Certified Clinical Herbalist in the State of Colorado. While I have completed professional training in traditional and clinical plant medicine, please note:

* No State Licensing: Colorado does not license or regulate the general practice of herbalism. My certification is an institutional credential reflecting my hours of rigorous clinical study. It does not constitute a state-issued medical or therapeutic license.
* No Sale of Products: I do not manufacture, compound, dispense, or sell physical herbal products, teas, or tinctures. Clients assume all responsibility for sourcing their herbs and verifying product quality.
* Not Medical Practice: My protocols are for educational and wellness-support purposes only. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. You are strictly advised to share herbal recommendations with your primary care provider, especially if you are taking prescription medications, are pregnant, or have chronic health conditions.

3. Astrological Consultations (In-Training Status)

I am currently a student practitioner enrolled in professional certification training recognized by the Association of Professional Astrologers International (APAI).

* In alignment with the APAI Code of Ethics, all readings are presented as a symbolic language that offers a balance of probabilities rather than fixed, guaranteed certainties.
* Astrology consultations are for spiritual insight and personal reflection. You maintain complete personal sovereignty over your life choices. the dragonfly shoal LLC is not liable for any personal, financial, or relationship decisions made following a reading.

4. Academic Classes (Gender & Sexuality Studies and Ethnic Studies)

All private classes, webinars, and educational materials provided regarding gender, sexuality, identity, culture, history,  and ethnic studies are intended strictly for educational and cultural enrichment purposes. They reflect socio-cultural analysis and do not constitute, nor replace, professional psychological counseling, legal advice, or medical advice, therapy, or treatment.

5. Jurisdictional & Format Notice (Colorado, Online, and In-Person)

Services are offered both online and in person. If you attend a session or class within the State of Colorado, you explicitly acknowledge that these services are complementary and alternative.
